Our approach to innovation is different than most. Rather than focusing on problems to be solved, we believe that real innovation is a function of what Dr. Srini Pillay calls “possibility mindsets.” Those are mindsets that are open, imaginative and creative. As Einstein said: “The world we have created is a product of our thinking; it cannot be changed without changing our thinking…no problem can be solved from the same consciousness that created it. We must learn to see the world anew.”
Our Innovation Workshops aim to do that. Rather than focusing on problems to be solved, we explore possibilities and expand ideas using a variety of creative tools and techniques and ideas from science fiction and fantasy. We also incorporate techniques from neuroscience to enhance the creativity and the dialogue between participants in the workshops.
Innovation workshops are typically 2-3 days in length, and can be conducted with 8-24 people from a single organization, together with external experts as desired.
